Sly is a fast, strong and scopey mare owned by Callie Reyes. She often competes in team chasing and fox hunting, but occasionally plays around in the jumper ring. Sly is super agile and quick, she has a long stride and big jump, and will go over anything she is pointed at. She has a bit of a spicy personality and is more of a leader than a follower. She is absolutely at the front of the pack during a first flight fox hunt, leading the way over any obstacle. Not much scares her, she's good with things getting under her feet, spooky obstacles, shadows, noises, she doesn't care, she's focused on the job ahead. She can be a difficult mare to ride, easily forming to your emotions so you can't get terribly nervous on her. She can be quite strong and will throw a buck or two under saddle if freshly shaved. On lead she is definitely very prancy and snorty, but still behaved and respectful. She is super playful in the pasture, often running and playing around, and will absolutely play with a toy.
