History: Ally is one of the oldest horses in mission legacy, though not the first. She was a competitive trail horse before her purchase by the project. This was their attempt to see if the trail skills could apply to the survey horse training as well - and in Ally's case, they did. She actually enjoys the survey work, as opposed to her crewmates Rhapsodie and Shadow. She is curious and crafty, and she finds the strange situations that the astronauts put her in as an enjoyable challenge. She is more likely to get down and dirty with her tasks, or to take apart her toys just to figure out how they work.
