Phase 3: Into The Future

It’s been a good while now since Moto Moto first stepped off the trailer and into his new life, and what a journey it’s been!

After months of lots of care, patience and no treats at all, the vet officially gave the green light: his hooves were doing great, his weight was finally in an ideal range, and he was feeling like a brand-new pony. His back? Still a little funky, still needs a bit of work but it defnitely feels and looks much better than before! The red light for human food remains though. Forever.

Out of all milestones Moto Moto achieved these past months he's been here, the biggest and most importat of all for him was getting to be let out with the other horses. When the gate opened, he immediately trotted into the field and everyone came to officially greet and welcome him to the herd, only to be left surprised when Moto Moto suddenly bolted off at full speed before anyone could even sniff him! He REALLY needed that stretch after being in a stall and only getting ground work for so long, he needed to feel the wind and grass. And naturally the other ponies didn't hesitate and darted after him, they can leave the proper greetings for latter!

These days, Moto Moto gets to spend his days doozing under the sun and taking part in the daily nonsense and zoomie sessions with thhe other horses and of course, he's now included on trail rides! They're a bit short as the humans want to finish working on his back first but he's thriving! So confident and steady, never refusing any challenging paths and up to anything and everything.

And of course, he'd still occasionally try to steal snacks—but the humans got SO good at dodging him it's pretty much pointless...

Event: 2025 Loshenka Makeover
Phase 2 - Past and Present

Horse ID:  #11104

Issues: Sway Back, Overweight, Laminitis

Description: Moto Moto would like this one. This horse is severely overweight and has a sway back. It seems uncomfortable, and is not inclined to move on its own unless pushed. It also often rocks back onto its heels, a potential sign of laminitis.
