- Description: This horse was owned by an older gentleman who passed away recently. Left on its own, this horse eventually broke out of its enclosure to find food. It seems to be constantly looking for its old owner, and is underweight, likely due to malnutrition and stress/grief.

I arrived at the rescue and finally got to meet the loshenka I was going to work with. She seems so sweet yet so skittish. With some help of my father who had been waitin with her until I got off from work, we loaded her up into the trailer. She seems happy about the bedding in the trailer and not too hesitant on loading, just a little nervous. 

I can see it in her eyes, uncertainty. She's unsure what's to come. I think she's afraid we'll end up leaving her alone  to fend for herself again. We won't, we plan on welcoming her home and getting her back into her full beauty and potential. We think she's going to love the herd, maybe just the company and reassurance that she won't be alone anymore. 

Only time will tell . But for now, mission one: Getting her home.
