#4 let it snow

Dojae was born in the fall so he was only a few months old. Dojae's dam was having a vet check in town that morning, so Daniel, only 17 at the time, decided to distract the foal with treats and a walk around the grounds. The snow had just fallen during the night and Dojae had been in the stables. The small foal hoped around outside, enjoying the slushy ground in full. Ever since, Dojae has enjoyed snow and winter. Every year Daniel takes Dojae and travels to their old home in Austria for family Christmas, they relive memories and walk the grounds together, eating homemade pheffernusse. Even though Germany is close, they both think Austrian winter is much prettier. Though that might just be the nostalgia. Nonetheless there is no better feeling than home.
