[P2 Makeover] Boredom Buster

Isabelle had her work cut out for her with this one. The rescue horse which she lovingly dubbed "Termite", wasn't really aclimating to his new home. The ranch made sure he had a big pasture to share with a few of the other horses, but he mainly stayed in the corner or smaller spaces like he was used to in his old home. He would move away from the other horses that tried to come into his space and kept to himself, not really socializing. Termite's chewing problem was still at large, the stable hands finding a few holes in the fence where he'd hang out and some bite marks on his stall. After trying to get the cribbing collar on him and failing Isabelle decided to try something new. She brought out one of their old horse balls and threw it out into the field with Termite. He was not amused at first walking away from the strange object and glancing back at it with ears pinned. Isabelle decided to give him some space and left him (and his ball) alone.

After an hour or so Isabelle took a peak into the pasture and saw Termite sniffing and nudging the ball with his nose, trying and learning how to play with it. Isabelle smiled watching him, feeling a sense of pride knowing shes helping make him feel like a normal horse again.
