1.4 Fashionable Treat Bags - Anya and Razz

After the “Candy Lane” area they still had to check on how the treat bags were coming along for it. Approaching the set of tables where several volunteers were hard at work she let Razz graze for a moment. Several completed bags were set out across the makeshift workstations.

“How are they coming along? Can we safely hook them on the saddles for the kids?” Anya picked one up in her free hand, turning it over. Across it several silver stars had been attached to give it a cute sparkle.

“Yep! We added some handles to each so they shouldn’t be trouble to drape over, worst case they should come loose if they get caught on anything.”

“Perfect!” Anya set the bag down and reached for another. This one featured some cute pumpkin fabric with braided handles. “These are utterly adorable, I might need to keep one.” She giggled and held it out for Razz to inspect. He gave it a sniff and a nibble before sticking his nose down inside it. “Ah, ah bud, nothing in there for you.” She gently tugged him out of it and set the bag back on the table.

“Looks like he wants to trick or treat too!” One of the other volunteers called out.

“Funny you say that, we just got through the Candy Lane area.” Anya laughed and patted the stallion’s shoulder. “He did so well too, took the teddy bear fine and barely got spooked. He really doesn’t like skeletons though but I think he’s starting to tolerate them.”

“Wonder how he’d respond to a skeleton horse?” Another volunteer quipped.

“Ya know what, now I wonder too. Maybe we can try that next year huh bud?” She scratched over his neck and received a nuzzle in return. “Well anyways, loving the fashionable treat bags everyone, good work! Let me know if you end up with any left over so I can keep one.” She waved the group good bye and led Razz onto the next task on their agenda.
